Continuity  

From your initial consultation to the conclusion of your case, you will work directly and exclusively with Attorneys Gallant and Messier.  Unlike many other firms, your case will not be handed off to a junior attorney or paralegal.   We respond directly to your calls and emails and understand the importance of a prompt response.  We will work with you to develop and execute a case strategy specific to your needs and situation.   

 

Experience 

With over twenty years of combined experience, Attorneys Gallant and Messier have represented hundreds of clients in Massachusetts Probate and Family Courts.  We bring the benefit of this experience to every case, while recognizing that each client has individual needs that demand a tailored approach.  We have experience in all aspects of family law practice, including but not limited to custody, child support, asset division, business valuation, restraining orders, and mediation.
